My friend informed me about this and I couldnt be selfish and keep it to myself

Holy Ghost T-Shirt 1

Holy Ghost T-Shirt 2

As per their website,

You gotta sport your HolyGhostTees and let the world know you caught the spirit!

This is the kind of thing that happens when you cheapen the gospel.

im tempted to say things but i will hold my tongue. no pun intended. (rolls around in uncontrollable laughter)

  2. Atnre says:

Thanks for not being selfish. This is interesting.
Maybe they should have the interpretation of tongues on the back of the shirt. Then they could sell the shirts for more. 🙂

I saw this at one of my favorite sites — A Little Leaven. Do give it a visit and be ‘amazed’ at all that ‘Christian’ paraphernalia. 😉

    Shalom!

p.s. great pun, though (apparently) not intended, Daniel, lol!

That shirt is hilarious…add some jazz skatting to it, and you’ve got a multi-market product there – jazz musicians and Pentecostal/Charismatics

  6. lavrai says:

Yeah, I learned about this on at A Little Leaven a few months ago (and I”m late here, too 🙂

But did you see this write-up? It’s too hilarious!!

I don’t generally believe that what most charismatics refer to as ‘tongues’ is the same thing God calls ‘tongues.’ I believe the charismatics are only making faux speech utterances – self-pride inspired gibberish at worst, unintelligible yet ecstatic Holy Ghost inspired utterances at best. Nevertheless, I’d be terrified of blasphemy to wear of shirt like that.
