  1. For the masses who are on the wide road which leads to destruction, the cost of following Jesus is too much. No one wants to hear about denying self and dying to your flesh when the world is offering pleasures of every kind! For that reason, prosperity teachers are becoming rich. Just tell the lost what they want to hear and they will give you whatever you want! If they inject the name of Jesus every now and then, people will really believe them. How sad it is to know that the truth that Christ died for has been chopped up and watered down to become fodder for false peachers of our day!
